HHSA Members, For the 2012 HHSA Show Season we are implementing an On-Line
Volunteering System. This system will record your volunteer
selections and forward them automatically to Nicole Neisser, Volunteer
Chairperson. We have changed to a point system as it will be easier to
track volunteer efforts. When specific jobs have filled, they will be
removed from the selection. When you attend your volunteer event or
job, make sure that you sign-in with one of the board members (they will have a
notebook). To Qualify for Year End Awards, HHSA Members must volunteer and earn 5 full
work credits during the HHSA 2012 Show Season. Failure to comply will
result in forfeiting your End of Year prize(s). Any questions or concerns, please contact Nicole Neisser

If you are not able donate your time, you can chose to pay
the $100 donation instead. Please select this
option and forward your check made out to HHSA, Karen Cannon, Treasurer,1906
Furnace Road, Jarrettsville, MD 21084. It will be recorded that you have
met your volunteer obligation.

Please select the event or job that you would to participate in. If
you have any questions about volunteering, please refer to the Contact Us page
and select VOLUNTEERING as your Subject Question. Your question will be directly
routed to Nicole. You will also be able to check back to the
Volunteering Sign-up page to check what you signed up for in case you
forget.
